K-Komp

Volunteering no longer just gives you the satisfaction of serving your community but also the satisfaction of participating in a competition against clubs across the Southwest Key Club District. Howdy Yall, my name is Sergio Aguilera your K-Komp Coordinator, and this is K-Komp. Starting September 1st all the way up to March 3rd any service events your clubs host within that time period can be directly submitted into our google form. Winners will receive bragging rights and a trophy at DCON, so get to Komping! YEEEHAAWWW

The Point System

Listen partner, Komping can get Komplex! Different service projects will earn your Club different points, and the level of documentation you provide will also increase the points earned. To get ahead of the Kompetition, click HERE to access the full points system!

The Rules of Competition

K-Komp is for every club in the Southwest District to participate in. There is no requirement for the number of members a club has, anyone can join! Now I appreciate a good outlaw movie here and there, but we don’t take kindly to those folk around these parts so listen up!

Rules:

  1. In order to receive the maximum amount of points, clubs must show proof of completing an event (See point system for information).

  2. To submit the event, the Google Form linked above must be filled out every time or else it will not count for points.

  3. Club dishonesty will not be tolerated! Such actions will result in immediate removal from the competition.

  4. Every event must be submitted in the K-Komp Form by: MARCH 3RD, 2025. The rankings will be posted on the Scoreboard and officially announced on a later date.

Code of Conduct:

  1. Participants will not act in any way unbecoming of a Key Club or Kiwanis Family member

  2. No vulgar language will be tolerated.

  3. Students may be in a competitive manner with one another, but no acts of hate or violence against others will be accepted
